After seeing the athletes train, we went to the high jump. It was cool to look down at the steep hill filled with snow. One picture shows one of my students at the top of the hill where jumpers begin.
(I blurred out his face and some of my other student's faces because I do not have their parents permission to post their pictures on the internet).
Next we ate lunch, during which, a past Olympian came and talked with the students. He answer many questions about the Olympics, about his training, and other random stuff. Overall, it was really fun field trip and my students were very well behaved. (Well, all except one, bless his heart). The bus ride back to the school was kind of long. The student I was sitting next to fell asleep, and I wanted to fall asleep, too.
